The Engineering Council of Zimbabwe (ECZ) wishes to inform all stakeholders and the general public of the following temporary changes to our operating hours:

Following the Engineering Council Act [Chapter27:22] becoming into operation mid March 2009, Government, through the Ministry of Public Works, appointed Councillors to oversee the functions of ECZ. Eng Dawson Mareya was the inaugural Chairman and deputised by Eng Daniel M Ncube.
We ensure that Constituent Bodies have adequate procedures to enforce ethical practice and discipline among all Engineering Professionals registered under the Engineering Council Act.
We evaluate, monitor and uphold the standards of qualifying criteria or examinations, courses and training set or offered by constituent bodies.
